Job summary

Bank of Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to own the lifecycle of business frameworks and operating models across Front Office functions. You will design governance standards, coordinate reviews and drive strategic initiatives in a dynamic, regulated environment.

You will partner with Front Office, Operations, Compliance and Legal to ensure frameworks remain effective, compliant and embedded in day-to-day operations, with clear ownership and accountability across teams.

• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle management of assigned frameworks, ensuring governance and alignment with business goals.
• Design and operate models and processes to support front-office execution.
• Lead strategic initiatives and transformation programmes with stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate framework reviews, governance, and performance metrics.
• Build relationships across Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Legal and other functions.
