Job summary

Bank of Singapore seeks a senior professional to drive cross-entity alignment and implement standardized operating models across private banking platforms. You will lead end-to-end initiatives, coordinate with Head Office and regional teams, and deliver governance-ready management information for leadership forums.

The role requires extensive experience in financial services, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic, regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in financial services, private banking or wealth management.
• Experience designing operating models and process standardization across multiple teams.
• Data-driven with ability to turn operational complexity into clear management information.
• Excellent stakeholder management across functions and jurisdictions.
• Hands-on and proactive with ability to manage multiple workstreams under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment of business policies, processes and platforms across BOS BAROS.
• Support design and rollout of a global operating model for focused markets.
• Map current-state processes, identify gaps, and drive standardized processes.
• Lead cross-entity initiatives end-to-end with planning and benefits realization.
• Coordinate information flow between Head Office and BAROS, and prepare governance materials.
• Produce management information and reporting for decision making and leadership forums.
• Build strong working relationships across entities to keep initiatives on track.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by Head of International Business Management.
