Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking a Team Lead, Business Manager within the Client Management Frameworks (CMF) to lead a team that designs, implements and governs front office operating frameworks. You will translate strategic priorities into practical models that drive consistent execution and sustainable outcomes.

The role reports to the Team Head CMF and requires 12–15+ years in business management, strategic transformation and private banking know‑how.

Qualifications

12–15+ years of experience in business management, strategic transformation and operating model design.
Proven track record in designing, implementing and managing cross‑department frameworks and operating models.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and execution discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of client management and front office operating frameworks.
Establish governance structures; monitor adherence and embed controls.
Provide business management support and drive cross‑functional initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes.
Build strong partnerships with senior Front Office leadership and key stakeholders.
Lead and develop a high‑performing team with a culture of continuous improvement.
Define and track framework effectiveness and deliver management insights.
