Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking a senior professional to own the design, governance and ongoing management of client management frameworks and operating models within the Front Office. You will partner with Front Office, Operations, Compliance and Legal to ensure frameworks stay effective and compliant while enabling scalable execution.

• Experience designing and governing business frameworks.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to prepare governance submissions and executive presentations.
• Experience with client lifecycle management and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle management of assigned frameworks with governance, operations and enhancements.
• Design and operate frameworks and operating models to enable scalable Front Office execution.
• Lead strategic initiatives, transformation programmes and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate governance, exception handling and periodic framework reviews.
• Develop dashboards and insights to monitor framework performance and outcomes.
