Job summary

ZOLL Medical Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our FP&A team in Singapore. You will build financial models, forecast budgets, and deliver dashboards and insights to senior leadership, guiding strategic decisions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present complex data clearly. You'll collaborate across functions, mentor junior analysts, and support monthly close and annual budgeting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Master's Degree CIMA or ACCA qualification strongly preferred
• 7-9 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related field. required
• Proven experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. required
• Experience presenting financial insights to non financial audiences. required
• Experience in fast paced, multinational or matrixed environments. required

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial data and build financial models for forecasting, trending, and performance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and provide insights into operational and financial performance.
• Review and interpret financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Develop financial projections and support long range planning.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on business initiatives, plans, and projects.
• Understand key business drivers and communicate their financial impact.
• Provide financial guidance to project teams and functional leaders.
• Identify areas for cost reduction, operational improvement, and financial optimisation.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles.
• Assist with month end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Mentor less experienced analysts and provide leadership within the FP&A team.
