Teleflex is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the APAC finance team in Singapore. The role partners with Finance leaders across APAC to provide actionable insights, improve forecast accuracy, and drive sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities include leading quarterly forecasts, preparing monthly performance reviews for senior management, and delivering variance analyses. Strong Excel, Power BI, and ERP experience are essential in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of FP&A experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion, PBCS, SAP, Power BI, VBA, Thinkcell preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the quarterly forecasts, Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan.
• Prepare and present monthly business performance reviews for senior management.
• Deliver insightful variance analyses and explain key trends impacting financial performance.
• Ensure timely monthly PL analysis and financial trends for Global/APAC management.
• Support annual cost roll process and SKU-level costing with APAC countries.
• Support regional financial projects and executive presentations as required.
• Ad-hoc financial modelling and consolidation tasks when needed.
