Job summary

ZOLL Cardiac Management Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Acute Care Technology FP&A team in Singapore. You will prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, delivering insights to senior leadership with clarity and impact.

The role requires strong analytical capability, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to mentor junior analysts in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Experience presenting financial insights to non financial audiences.
• Experience in fast paced, multinational or matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial data and build financial models for forecasting, trending, and performance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and provide insights into operational and financial performance.
• Review and interpret financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Develop financial projections and support long range planning.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on business initiatives, plans, and projects.
• Understand key business drivers and communicate their financial impact.
• Provide financial guidance to project teams and functional leaders.
• Identify areas for cost reduction, operational improvement, and financial optimisation.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles.
• Assist with month end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests as they arise.
• Participate in special projects, working independently with limited oversight.
• Recognised as an advanced individual contributor with subject matter expertise.
• Tackle complex issues requiring deep evaluation of variable factors and creative problem solving.
• Use extensive professional knowledge and judgement to influence processes, tools, and decision making.
• Network across functions and adapt communication style to influence senior stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced analysts and provide leadership within the FP&A team.
• Deliver highly complex work where errors could significantly impact the organisation.
