Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in Singapore seeks a senior engineer to locally drive the lead products ramp up under new technology introduction (NTI). You will collaborate with foundries, technology groups and stakeholders to qualify and release processes, owning front-end safe launch and driving manufacturability and yield improvements during ramp-up.

The role interfaces with key customers, leads projects to timely completion, and manages NTI process transfers within foundries and joint ventures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or MSc in physics or electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in front-end IC process integration.
• In-depth knowledge of IC devices; FinFET and RF knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Pro-active, able to lead teams, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with foundries, NXP technology groups, the business lines and stakeholders to qualify and release process.
• Front end process safe launch owner. Drive manufacturability and yield improvements during ramp-up.
• Interface with key customers on critical projects.
• Lead projects towards timely completion to support NXP business needs.
• NTI process transfers within foundry and with NXP joint ventures.
