POET TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Manager, Process Integration to lead technical engagement with external wafer foundry partners across Singapore, Taiwan, and Europe.

You will bridge engineering, process, design, quality, and operations with foundry organizations to drive process installation, qualification, and transfers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred; 15+ years of semiconductor or photonics wafer fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Foundry Technical Interface – act as main technical contact between internal teams and external foundry partners for wafer fabrication, process engineering, yield and manufacturing matters.
• Oversee process installation & qualification from definition and DOE through pilot lots, capability studies, and production release.
• Manage process transfers between foundry sites to support capacity expansion, second-source qualification, and supply-chain resilience while maintaining equivalence.
• Own process specifications, design rules, process control plans, and related documentation for consistent execution across sites.
• Define wafer-level test requirements with foundry test engineering and internal characterization teams; monitor parametric data and process health.
• Lead cross-functional investigations into yield loss, defects, and process variation; drive corrective actions with foundry partners.
