Qualifications

• BS or MS in electrical, chemical engineering, science, or solid state physics required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, sustain and improve processes to meet technology development goals and manage a group of engineers.
• Deep knowledge on multiple processes and integration impact.
• Establish plans to optimize process capability to meet operations requirements.
• Initiate and drive projects to improve quality, cost and equipment throughput.
• Start-up new processes involving characterization and development.
• Facilitate continuous improvement programs to improve process capability.
• Understand process road map and plan projects systematically.
• Collaborate with integration teams on process integration.
