Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in Singapore seeks a senior specialist to drive ramp-up of lead products under NTI, and manage process transfers and fab enablement with foundries. You will collaborate with foundries, NXP tech groups, and business lines to qualify and release robust front-end processes for sustainable supply.

Requirements include 10+ years in front-end IC process integration, HV/BCD device knowledge, and strong data analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor or MSc in physics or electrical engineering.
10+ years of experience in front-end IC process integration in foundries.
Deep knowledge of HV/BCD devices and processes.
Strong understanding of yield enhancement techniques and data analysis.
Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to interact with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
Experience leading development/transfer projects or production ramp-ups.
Proactive, communicative, and able to influence discussions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with foundries, NXP technology groups, business lines, and stakeholders to qualify and release process safe launches.
Drive ramp-up with foundries and optimize manufacturability and yield.
Interface with key customers on critical projects to ensure on-time delivery.
Lead projects to completion, balancing technical judgement, resources, and scheduling.
Manage NTI process transfers within foundries and NXP joint ventures.
