Job summary

Singtel Group is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Success team. You will embed with customers from proof-of-concept to live pilot deployments, writing code, building agents, and turning prototypes into production-grade solutions on the RE:AI platform.

The role involves working with the Model Gateway and MaaS catalog, delivering end-to-end pilots and ensuring security and cost controls while collaborating with customers and internal teams in a dynamic, travel-ready

Qualifications

• Shipping experience, not just prototyping experience.
• Hands-on agent and application builder.
• Comfortable with modern AI-assisted development.
• Genuinely customer-facing.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and travel.
• Solid engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes to production-ready capabilities.
• Productize prototypes with proper error handling, observability, access control, and cost discipline.
• Develop agentic systems and applications against RE:AI Model Gateway and catalog.
• Lead pilots end-to-end from implementation to integration and performance tuning.
