Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Manager/Deputy Manager for Foreign Vehicle Permits (Systems) to oversee the related systems and drive continual improvements. You will review processes, propose changes, and contribute to digital transformation efforts, staying current with market practices and trends.

You will develop solutions, prepare tender specifications, evaluate bids, manage budgets, and coordinate with diverse stakeholders to deliver projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Computer Science background preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex system projects.
• Strong analytical and written/presentation skills.
• Excellent written and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the systems relating to foreign vehicle permits.
• Review and improve existing system processes and business rules.
• Develop solutions and prepare tender specifications; evaluate tenders and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects.
• Handle customers' feedback and support a 24/7 operations environment.
