Job summary

people profilers pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales of advanced fluidics solutions to major wafer fab equipment manufacturers in Singapore.

You will own strategic account plans, build multi-level relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive teams, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to design-in. Located at Ubi, you will collaborate with applications, products, and R&D teams to deliver customized solutions and meet/exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct technical sales/account management in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and fluidics roles.
• Proven track record managing key accounts and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic account plans and revenue growth for key semiconductor customers (OEMs, foundries, IDMs, fab equipment suppliers).
• Build multi-level relationships with engineering, R&D, procurement, and executive teams.
• Identify needs in CMP, photoresist dispense, wet etch/clean, ultrapure water, cooling, and contamination control; position our fluidics portfolio to improve yield and reliability.
• Manage full sales cycle: discovery, technical proposals, PoCs, negotiations, design-in, and account expansion.
• Collaborate with applications, products, and R&D teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Meet/exceed sales targets, forecasts, and pipeline goals using CRM.
