Job summary

Sensetac provides flavour solutions for customers and supports cross functional teams to deliver product snippets that enable accurate decision making. The role focuses on developing new products, refining prototypes, and meeting customer briefs and regulatory requirements in the beverage sector.

You will work closely with internal departments to improve project flow, resolve technical challenges, and provide technical support across flavour quality evaluations and marketing preparations.

Qualifications

• At least 4–6 years of relevant beverage industry experience.
• Familiarity with regional food regulations.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to quickly research and build expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend new products, and refine existing prototypes to meet customer briefs and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with inter‑departments to improve project flow and success rate.
• Resolve technical challenges for clients in flavour applications, ensuring smooth implementation through trials, troubleshooting and production.
• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, including assisting with flavour quality evaluations, managing prototype preparations for marketing activities, and offering expertise to cross‑functional teams as needed.
• Evaluate and record all flavour trials and performance.
• Maintain accurate and retrievable database of all projects and recipes.
• Work with internal stakeholders to support flavour quality related issues.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to work processes.
• Assist in sourcing of materials needed to meet project deadlines.
• Laboratory and equipment maintenance and upkeep.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Diploma or Degree in Food Science or Food Technology

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related

• At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in beverage category, preferably in the flavour industry

• Familiarity with food regulations across the region

• Strong technical knowledge in areas of expertise, with the ability to quickly research and build expertise in new areas.

• Meticulous, with good organizational skills

• Independent driver and team player
