Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, CS, mathematics, or related quantitative discipline
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and pivot tables
• Proven ability to extract meaningful insights from dense legal and financial documents
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or similar tools for data manipulation and automation
• Familiarity with AI tools to support data processing, analysis, and automation
• Excellent written communication skills with experience producing client or stakeholder facing documentation
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin (occasional stakeholder communication)
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time pressure

Responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Transformation: parse and transform data from legal documents into normalized reference data fields
• Data Quality & Governance: multi-layer validation checks to meet SLAs and investigate data anomalies
• Client & Stakeholder Support: respond to data inquiries with clear, structured explanations
• Research & Document Procurement: source authoritative documentation from issuers, trustees, and vendors
• Process Improvement & Analytics: identify workflow inefficiencies and develop automation or dashboards
