Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. seeks a Data Analyst to research, analyze and transform reference data for Equity and Funds across Global markets. The role involves handling documents in English and Vietnamese and requires training to achieve accuracy metrics.

You will manage the data lifecycle, support data quality, and collaborate with Product, Sales and Analytics teams to deliver timely, accurate reference data and insights.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required; Vietnamese a plus for stakeholder communication.
• MBA or BS in Finance, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2+ years in reference data operations or customer service; 2+ preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Experience reviewing issuer sites and regulatory documents.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze and present reference data for Equity and Funds across markets.
• Own end-to-end equity reference data lifecycle: onboarding, maintenance, changes, archival.
• Manage corporate actions impacts on reference data.
• Maintain SLAs for timeliness and data quality; support real-time updates.
• Collaborate with teams to research market initiatives and communicate insights.
• Assist with data quality improvements and ad hoc process optimization.
• Proactively engage issuers and custodians to procure reference data content.
