Qualifications

• Registered Senior Fire Safety Manager.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years relevant facilities management experience.
• Experience managing fire safety systems in large institutional, industrial or government facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform statutory duties as Senior Fire Safety Manager.
• Lead fire safety audits and risk assessments.
• Coordinate fire safety certifications and renewal processes.
• Support IFM operations, maintenance planning and incident investigations.
• Coordinate emergency response and incident management activities.
• Track audit findings and ensure corrective actions are closed.
