Job summary

NEREUS CAPE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an accounts professional to handle receivables, monthly closings, and financial reconciliations. You will prepare P&L and balance sheets, interact with auditors, and coordinate with other departments on accounting matters.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, DIPLOMA in Accountancy or equivalent, and good MS Office skills. SAP knowledge is an advantage; ability to start on short notice preferred.

Qualifications

• What candidates must have: 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting basics; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Independent, meticulous, positive attitude and able to work in a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and reconcile accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly closing, P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Perform accounting analysis and maintain balance sheet schedules.
• Reconcile inter-company balances.
• Liaise with auditors and prepare audit schedules and financial statements.
• Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash.
• Coordinate with other departments on accounting issues.
• Submit Letter of Credit documents to bank.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
