Job summary

iaq utility solutions (sg) pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage project-based accounting, daily bookkeeping, and financial reporting for EPCM and related sectors in Singapore.

The role requires handling intercompany transactions, cash flow planning, and liaison with auditors and tax authorities. Responsibilities include preparing management reports, project P&L, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting project financing with accurate

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accountancy/finance or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in related fields, preferably within EPCM, greenfield or major brown field semiconductor or life science industries.
• Experience with project-based accounting and multi-currency consolidation.
• Familiarity with ERP/project costing software such as SAP, IFS or IFCA and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Verify vendor invoices and maintain accurate financial records; perform daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and banking matters.
• Prepare and submit Management Reports, Project P/L, Cash Flow Planning & Forecast, and Annual Budget.
• Liaise with tax agents for tax reporting, filings and payments.
• Ensure reports comply with Group policies and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up with clients for AR collections and arrange AP payments and loan repayments.
• Assist on project financing applications by compiling project info and cash flow.
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and monitor cash flow and balance sheet items.
• Coordinate with company secretary on corporate matters and filing requirements.
• Liaise with auditors to support statutory audits.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments; available to start immediately.
