Job summary

GOODLAND DEVELOPMENT PTE LTD. is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage day-to-day financial operations in Singapore. The role focuses on accurate reporting, month-end and year-end closings, and proactive cost control across construction projects.

You will lead a small finance team, prepare consolidated statements, and provide management with timely analyses to drive decisions. Familiarity with Accpac and GST filings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Experience handling full set of accounts.
• At least 3 years' experience in construction/real estate is a plus.
• Self motivated, results oriented and multi-task.
• Familiar with Accpac Accounting software preferred.
• Meticulous with a flair for figures, independent & organized, team player, with initiative & resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Prepare and review monthly/ quarterly variance analyses.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closings.
• Project accounting: job costing, budgeting and WIP reporting.
• Ensure GST and other statutory filings.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.
• Provide financial information to support decision making.
• Collaborate withdepartments to analyse project costs and balance sheets.
• Oversee banking, treasury, and vendor payments.
