Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong project accounting, WIP, and contract costing knowledge.
• Experience with progress billing, project budgets, and forecasting.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore GST and taxation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full set of accounts and financial reporting.
• Oversee project costing, WIP, revenue recognition, profitability analysis.
• Control progress claims, subcontractor payments, retention sums.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance across projects.
• Provide timely financial reports to support management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GST, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.
