Qualifications

• Senior finance partnering experience with hands‑on analysis, reporting and modelling.
• Qualified accountant or finance professional with an advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer financial performance agenda with monthly actuals vs forecast and executive commentary.
• Own the Customer P&L narrative across Driver Grade B, S&A, Customer Care and Repair.
• Develop reporting standards, dashboards and non‑financial measures tied to performance.
• Provide governance for CAPEX/OPEX, cost control and investment business cases.
