Job summary

Dyson in Singapore is seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Customer to partner with the Finance Director and Customer leadership. You will shape the Customer Care and Service operations P&L, provide strategic finance leadership, and translate data into decisive actions.

You will own forecasting, reporting, governance, and investment appraisal across Driver Grade B, S&A, and related customer propositions, aligning financial performance with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Senior finance partner to the Finance Director and leadership team.
• Experience with P&L, forecasting, and month-end close under GAAP/IFRS.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Experience in customer-facing, service or operations finance is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and finance systems experience, including SAP, Hyperion and Onestream.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer financial performance agenda with monthly actuals vs forecast and commentary.
• Own the Customer P&L narrative across Driver Grade B, S&A, Customer Care and Repair, linking performance to business priorities and strategic choices.
• Set reporting standards, dashboards and non-financial measures, while staying close to the underlying data, quality and operational drivers.
• Analyse performance across Customer Care, Retailer Support, Service & Repair Operations and markets, identifying root causes, trade-offs and improvement actions.
• Drive market benchmarking and cross-functional performance reviews, highlighting best practice and improvement opportunities.
• Embed financial governance, data discipline and consistent reporting to support clear accountability and decision-making.
