Job summary

Dyson in Singapore invites a Senior Finance Manager - Customer to partner with the Finance Director, Customer and leadership teams, guiding P&L and forecasting across Customer Care, Service & Repair Operations, Driver Grade B, S&A and related propositions.

You will translate data into actionable insight, shape service model economics, governance and transformation business cases, while maintaining monthly reporting, forecasting and modelling with close ties to Operations, Commercial and Market

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with finance degree and professional designation.
Experience leading P&L, forecasting and governance in a customer-facing or service environment.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business decisions.
Strong data analysis and hands-on modelling skills across markets.

Responsibilities

Lead the Customer financial performance agenda including monthly actuals vs forecast.
Own the Customer P&L narrative across Care, Repair Ops and related propositions.
Set reporting standards, dashboards and non-financial measures linked to data quality.
Analyse performance across markets to identify root causes and improvement actions.
Drive cost control, productivity and margin improvement across operations.
