Job summary

Dyson Operations Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Finance Manager - Customer to partner with the Finance Director and leadership teams, translating P&L and market data into actionable insights across Customer Care and related operations.

You will own the Customer P&L narrative, set reporting standards, lead governance for investments, and collaborate with Operations, Commercial and Market teams to drive value and cost discipline.

Qualifications

• Strong senior finance partnering, performance management, reporting and governance experience.
• Qualified accountant or finance professional, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance & Accounting preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate financial insight into actions.
• Deep experience with P&L, balance sheet, forecasting and month-close under local GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer financial performance agenda with monthly actuals vs forecast and executive commentary.
• Own the Customer P&L narrative across Driver Grade B, S&A, Customer Care and Repair.
• Set reporting standards, dashboards, and non-financial measures with close data discipline.
• Analyse performance across Customer Care, Retailer Support, Service & Repair Operations and markets.
• Drive benchmarking and cross-functional reviews to highlight best practices and improvements.
