YouTrip, a leading multi‑currency fintech in Asia Pacific, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to own spend management, AP, payroll and cost optimization. You will build and guide a 3+ person team, implement controls, and collaborate with FP&A and other departments to drive efficient financial operations.

The role demands 8+ years in finance, multi‑currency experience, and strong leadership in a fast‑growing environment. Based in Singapore, you will contribute to scalable financial governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in accounts payable, expense management or payroll, ideally in fintech/payments/e‑commerce.
• Proven people manager with remote team leadership experience.
• Strong taxation knowledge across markets and multi‑currency operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP, expenses and vendors end‑to‑end, ensure accuracy and approvals.
• Oversee payroll across markets with cost allocations and journals.
• Drive cost optimisation, allocations and working capital management.
• Partner with FP&A, HR and settlement teams on planning and controls.
• Drive process improvements and automation, including AI tooling.
