Job summary

YouTrip is seeking a Senior Finance Manager - Spend Management in Singapore to own accounts payable and expense management, support payroll and procurement, and lead cost optimization. You will build and lead a 3+ person team, implement strong controls, and collaborate with FP&A across the business.

The role requires extensive experience in fintech or payments, multi-currency operations, and a track record of process improvements in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in accounts payable, expense management or payroll.
• Experience leading teams remotely.
• Strong taxation knowledge across markets and multi-currency operations.
• Fintech/payments/e-commerce exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, expenses and vendor relations end-to-end.
• Oversee payroll across markets with cost allocations and journals.
• Lead cost optimization, policy controls and budgeting with FP&A.
• Drive process improvements and automation, including AI tooling.
• Manage a team of 3+ and collaborate with HR, settlement & reconciliation.

Accounting/Finance degree

CA/CPA/ACCA
