Job summary

you.co, located in Singapore, is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function. This role will involve owning budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, and serve as a trusted partner to leadership.

The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of experience ideally in fintech or e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in leading teams. Responsibilities include building financial models, delivering management reports, and partnering on strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or strategic finance.
• Prior experience in fintech, payments or e-commerce preferred.
• Experience leading and developing teams of 2 or more.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CFA/CA/CPA/MBA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning process across the group.
• Deliver management reporting, KPIs and dashboards, analyze performance against plan.
• Provide revenue, profitability, and unit-economics analysis.
• Partner with leadership on pricing, revenue, cost, and investment decisions.
• Build scalable planning and reporting processes, BI/data tooling, and AI tools.
