Multi Wealth (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is expanding its accounting team to support two mixed‑use projects in the city center. The successful candidate will manage full sets of accounts, financial reporting, and tax matters across portfolio companies in the property development sector.

You will drive monthly closings, prepare management reports and budgets, reconcile intercompany balances, and assist audits while ensuring IFRS compliance and accurate financial insights for management.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and standards.
• Proficiency in Yardi and IFCA ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis.
• Ability to analyze financial data and present insights to stakeholders.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Independent with strong prioritization and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Execute full accounting cycle for assigned entities (A/P, A/R, GL, tax).
• Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Consolidate data into group budget and monthly closing templates.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank balances and intercompany accounts.
• Support audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow and key financial performance indicators.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and governance standards.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance financial systems.
• Partner with operations on financial matters.
• Adapt to ad hoc duties as required.
