Job summary

You will review processes, lead the preparation and submission of returns, liaise with other departments and ministries, provide financial advice, and support audits.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Accountancy with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Independent, hardworking, positive, and motivated.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform finance and accounting functions, including revenue collection, accounts payable, month and year-end closing, fixed assets, costing, bank reconciliations and management reports.
• Review work processes for system enhancement and internal controls.
• Lead in the preparation, consolidation, and submission of periodic returns.
• Liaise with departments/divisions and ministries/agencies on returns and submissions.
• Provide advice and support on financial matters.
• Prepare audit schedules for statutory and other audits.
• Attend to requests or enquiries from external and internal customers.
