NTU Singapore is seeking a Senior Assistant Director, IT Applications Support to oversee the stability and performance of Finance-related applications. Responsabilités

• Oversee the incident management process and act as escalation point.
• "Conduct root cause analysis to resolve and prevent recurring issues."
• Lead a support team, managing schedules and performance.
• Communicate effectively with business users, management and other teams on status, issues and risks.
• Manage third-party vendors for support, oversee change requests and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead AMS support and end-to-end project execution for SAP, SAP Ariba and finance applications, including service management, requirements, design, integration, testing, deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Explore latest technologies to improve support processes; contribute to strategic planning.
• Lead Finance applications, with focus on AI solution design, secure system and data integration.
• Manage audit queries / requests and ensure supported systems adhere to audit and compliance requirements.
