NTU Singapore’s Office of Finance invites applications for the position of Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Finance. This role supports the Finance Manager in ensuring efficient administrative and financial services for staff, academics, and students.

The role covers travel reimbursements, AP invoices, monthly/quarterly/year-end reporting, budgets, fixed assets, and ad hoc projects. A Diploma/ Degree in accounting/finance is required with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in accounting/finance/business or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting/finance experience with a diploma.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Verify and provide guidance on travel applications and reimbursements.
• Handle payment requests/claims/AP invoices.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly/year-end financial reporting, budgets/forecasts, and closing.
