BOTX INNOVATION SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a finance leader to oversee financial management across Singapore, with additional coverage for the US and Germany.
You will supervise accounting operations, month-end close, reporting, and group consolidation to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role requires hands-on experience in full-set accounting, budgeting, and cost management, plus cross-border collaboration with auditors and banks.
Oversee financial management across multiple group entities, primarily supporting the Singapore business while also covering the US and Germany, including accounting, business performance analysis, budgeting, and cost and expense management.
Independently handle day-to-day accounting operations, month-end closing, financial reporting, and group consolidation across relevant group entities, ensuring financial information is accurate, timely, and compliant with local and Group requirements.
Manage manufacturing cost accounting, cost allocation, inventory closing, and cost analysis, and drive continuous improvements in cost management.
Lead budgeting, budget tracking, and business performance analysis, providing financial insights and support for business decision-making.
Manage cash, assets, inventory, and related internal controls, identifying and mitigating financial, tax, and operational risks.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other professional service providers across relevant jurisdictions to ensure financial and compliance matters are properly managed.
Drive improvements in regional finance processes and financial systems, and collaborate effectively with Group Finance and regional business teams.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related discipline. CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA qualification is preferred.
At least 5 years of relevant finance experience. Experience in manufacturing, high-tech companies, or multinational corporations is preferred.
Strong hands-on experience in full-set accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, and business performance analysis, with the ability to independently manage relevant finance functions.
Good knowledge of Singapore accounting and financial requirements. Experience managing finance across multiple jurisdictions, particularly Singapore, the US, Germany, or other international markets, is preferred; knowledge of US GAAP, HGB, or other relevant accounting standards would be an advantage.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, cost structures, and inventory management. Experience with mainstream ERP systems, particularly SAP, would be an advantage.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese as working languages, with strong analytical skills, cross-regional collaboration capabilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
