Job summary

DOITWELL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned head of Accounting to lead the entire accounting department and ensure tight financial control and reporting.

You will oversee quarterly budgeting, monthly closings, GST submissions, and cash flow planning, ensure timely payments and collections, train staff, review performance, and coordinate the annual accounts closing and audits, with monthly reports to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Oversee the accounting function and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Lead the accounting team, including coaching and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire accounting department.
• Manage quarterly budgeting and monthly closing.
• Ensure timely GST submissions and cash flow budgeting.
• Coordinate payments to suppliers and collections from clients.
• Lead training and review performance of accounts team.
• Report to CEO monthly on all financial reports.
• Assist yearly accounts closing and audit processes.
• Liaise with banks for loan facilities.
