Job summary

doitwell in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting leader to run the entire accounting department, overseeing quarterly budgets, monthly closes, GST submissions, and cash flow planning.

You will ensure timely payments to suppliers and collections from clients, train staff in accounting, report monthly to the CEO, and assist with year-end closing and audits, including banking communications for loan facilities.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the company entire Accounting department.
• Overview of quarterly budget, monthly closing, monthly GST submission, monthly cash flow budget.
• Ensure on time payment to all our suppliers, ensure on time collection of receivable from our clients.
• Training of team member in accounting departments. Review performance of accounts managers.
• Report to CEO on monthly basis of all kinds of report.
• Help in yearly accounts closing and in charge for the entire audit process
• in charge of company finance, including of Commutation with bank to facility of Loans.
