Job summary

AIA Singapore is hiring a Senior Manager, Financial Control & Regulatory Reporting at AIA Investment Management. You will lead the financial control framework, ensure MAS and regulatory reporting accuracy, and drive governance across finance operations.

You will partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Audit to safeguard fiscal integrity, implement enhancements, and support strategic initiatives in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years in financial & regulatory reporting, audit, internal controls.
• Strong understanding of MAS requirements and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial controls design, governance, and risk management.
• Oversee regulatory reporting obligations and MAS submissions.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AI initiatives.
