Job summary

XIANG SIGNATURE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage the full set of accounts, perform month-end closings, and prepare management reports in a Singapore-based role. The candidate will handle AP/AR, GST filings, and liaise with auditors and authorities.

The role requires a solid accounting background with ACCA or equivalent, strong Excel skills, and the ability to ensure regulatory compliance in Singapore. Experience in F&B is a plus.

Qualifications

• Preferably experience in F&B industry.
• Degree in Accounting with ACCA certification or equivalent.
• Prior experience in managing full set of accounts and voluminous transactions.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting terms and language.
• Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements.
• Handle AP and AR.
• Perform bank reconciliation and General Ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit GST returns.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities.
• Prepare audit schedules and support annual audit.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow management and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements.
