Job summary

Dentsply Sirona Singapore Pte Ltd. seeks a Sr. Technical Engineer to serve as the local expert in the Technical Service team.

The role provides hands-on support for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, while supervising daily operations and allocating service resources. You will mentor engineers, ensure service quality and compliance with company standards, and act as a key interface to dealers, customers, regional teams, and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6–8 years in equipment service, field service, or medical device technical support.

Responsibilities

• Lead Singapore Technical Service team and monitor daily service delivery.
• Perform and support installation, commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
• Provide guidance on technical issues, spare parts, and escalation needs; ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop engineers through knowledge sharing and structured training; maintain service quality and documentation.
