Job summary

hanmi singapore pte. ltd. seeks an experienced field service engineer to install and calibrate back-end semiconductor equipment at customer sites across Singapore.

You will perform alignment, integration, and acceptance tests, ensuring adherence to SOPs and delivering reliable uptime. You will handle real-time troubleshooting, RCA reporting, and both on-site and remote support, with a focus on cross-country collaboration with the Korea headquarters.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in machine setup and maintenance.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install and verify back-end semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Perform calibration, line integration, and SAT/FAT testing as per SOPs.
• Provide on-site and remote support to ensure equipment uptime.
• Train customer engineers on operation, maintenance, and safety.
• Collaborate with Korea HQ engineering, quality, and R&D teams.
