Job summary

HANMI Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Woodlands North region. This full-time role delivers technical support, installation, and maintenance for advanced engineering systems and semiconductor equipment.

You will perform on-site installations, diagnose complex issues, and train customers while coordinating with engineering teams to implement preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician in the engineering industry.
• Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
• Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and/or written) is an advantage to facilitate communication with colleagues in Taiwan.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of a wide range of engineering equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain detailed records of all service activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
