Job summary

Semiconductor Technologies & Instruments Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Field Service Engineer to assemble, install, test and commission semiconductor equipment onsite. You will upgrade machines to customer specifications and provide remote or phone-based training as needed.

Qualifications

Diploma in engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Good knowledge of semiconductor machines and related processes.
Understanding of camera, lens and optical components preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
Proactive team player with integrity and commitment.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively when required.

Responsibilities

Assemble, setup and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment.
Perform onsite installation, testing, and commissioning.
Upgrade machines and conduct buy-off per customer specs.
Provide training via phone or remote communication.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure equipment performance and satisfaction.
