Job summary

Health Sciences Authority in Singapore seeks an Assistant/Senior Operations Officer, Field Enforcement & Operations, to join a team safeguarding public health through enforcement activities.

You will manage field operations, coordinate with law enforcement, document statements, draft post-operation reports, and liaise with legal teams. The role requires fitness for field work and a willingness to work late or on activations.

Qualifications

• Able to balance fieldwork with administrative tasks.
• Physically fit for field operations.
• Experience in field operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage feedback from the public or other law enforcement agencies.
• Conduct screenings and gather necessary information or intel.
• Plan surveillance or operations to address feedback.
• Carry out surveillance/operations with the team and arrest/detain suspects as required.
• Record contemporaneous statements and preserve evidence chain.
• Prepare and submit post-operation reports within the stipulated time.
• Assist in drafting or reviewing SOPs to align with policies.
• Liaise with Legal or AGC on prosecution cases and draft court documents when needed.
• Arrange or attend meetings with other law enforcement agencies to coordinate efforts.
• Coordinate with foreign law enforcement where necessary.
