Job summary

Health Sciences Authority in Singapore seeks a Senior/Assistant Director (Operations) to lead a team of operations and enforcement officers in planning, coordination and execution of ground enforcement activities.

You will work closely with the Intelligence Branch to convert actionable intelligence into operational plans, coordinate resource deployment, and ensure safe, effective operations in accordance with legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in intelligence-led enforcement and field operations.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate resources.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Physically fit and able to handle late-night operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of operations and enforcement officers.
• Coordinate enforcement resources and ensure safe, lawful operations.
• Develop officers' competencies and SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal and external law enforcement partners.
• Prepare post-operation reports and maintain evidence handling.
• Maintain operational readiness and plan manpower deployment.
