You will formulate and implement policies, present proposals to senior management, and oversee workflows to strengthen enforcement capabilities. The role offers a 1-year contract with renewal options and requires strong policy and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in enforcement operations or policy development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to draft clear policies and procedures.
• Strong presentation skills for conveying proposals to senior management.
• Effective project management to handle multiple policy initiatives and operational tasks.

Responsabilités

• Formulate and implement enforcement policies and legislative proposals.
• Present enforcement policy proposals and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop enforcement strategies to improve enforcement capabilities and effectiveness.
• Conduct research and analysis on enforcement issues to support policy development and operations.
• Assist in developing and reviewing enforcement workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Establish and maintain knowledge management systems and documentation processes.
• Identify gaps in enforcement framework, propose solutions and supervise implementation.
