Manager, Field Engineering to lead a diverse pre‑sales and field engineering team across the ASEAN region. You will guide solution design, foster collaboration with customers, and drive growth by translating complex data and AI capabilities into business value. You will mentor engineers, promote inclusive leadership, work closely with Sales, Marketing and Services, and represent the regional leadership in strategic customer

Qualifications

Must have proven experience leading technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS environments or equivalent hands-on engineering/consulting experience.
Demonstrated track record in coaching diverse, high-performing teams.
Strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing pre-sales / field engineering team across the ASEAN region.
Foster inclusion, continuous learning, and psychological safety aligned with Databricks values.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Services and other teams to identify opportunities and deliver value-focused solutions.
Establish best practices to improve team efficiency, collaboration, and business impact.
