Databricks is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Engineering to lead a diverse team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects across the ASEAN region. You will guide your team to design impactful solutions and drive growth through collaboration and innovation.

You’ll empower your team to communicate complex ideas clearly, support strategic enterprise customer engagements, and build lasting partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or managing technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS environments.
• Track record of coaching and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with cross-functional leaders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science (consulting or customer-facing).
• Enthusiasm for data, AI, and cloud technologies with clear business impact.
