Manager, Field Engineering to lead a diverse pre‑sales and field engineering team across the ASEAN region. You will guide solution design, foster collaboration with customers, and drive growth by translating complex data and AI capabilities into business value. You will mentor engineers, promote inclusive leadership, work closely with Sales, Marketing and Services, and represent the regional leadership in strategic customer

• Must have proven experience leading technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS environments or equivalent hands-on engineering/consulting experience.
• Demonstrated track record in coaching diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional leaders.

As a Sr. Manager, Field Engineering, you will lead a diverse team of technical pre‑sales Solutions Architects covering the Asean region. You’ll play a key leadership role at the intersection of technology and business—guiding your team to design impactful solutions and drive growth through collaboration and innovation.
You'll empower your team to communicate complex ideas with clarity, support strategic enterprise customer engagements, and build lasting partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders.
