Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior relationship manager for its Financial Institutions team in Singapore. You will cultivate high-level client relationships, position Citi as a trusted advisor, and drive episodic pipelines and deals across banks, insurers, asset managers, brokers and fintechs.

You will lead cross-functional collaborations with product partners, manage credit and risk during deal executions, and deliver strategic analyses that support client plans and reviews.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in client coverage or related roles.
• Strong integrity and work ethic.
• Comprehensive knowledge of credit analytics and financial modelling.
• Experience with Financial Institution clients highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking products, regulations, risk assessment and compliance.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal, planning, negotiation, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate senior client relationships at C-Suite level.
• Cross-sell Citi’s full range of products and services with product partners.
• Engage clients on product and advisory solutions, including loans, debt capital markets, agency & trust, securitization, FX, commodities, derivatives, cash management, trade, and transition management.
• Drive client strategy in coordination with product partners and Citi’s global network.
• Responsible for managing all credit, transactional and franchise risks during deal executions and participate in risk approval processes.
• Evaluate filings, reports, operations, and forecasts to produce strategic analyses for account plans and client materials.
• Drive content creation and thought leadership discussions with clients and stay informed of market trends.
• Assess risk to safeguard Citi, its clients and assets, ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
