Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide complete service support to clients and resolve complex inquiries.
• Assist Banker with documentation such as account openings and loan disbursals.
• Organize client meetings, prepare notes, and maintain call records.
• Assist in profiling, qualifying and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients.
• Deepen existing client relationships through analysis and targeted strategies.
• Support prospecting and revenue-generating activities focused on Investments.
• Ensure accurate KYC/AML documentation and compliant client records.
